And today, the BOSS Smoothie.
BOSS Smoothie (Banana-Orange-Strawberry-Soy Milk)
Time: 5 minutes
Servings: 1-2 servings
Ingredients:
2 oranges, peeled
1 cup frozen strawberries
1 frozen banana
1 cup unsweetened soy or other plant-milk
1 cup ice cubes
Instructions:
1.) Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender.
2.) Start on low speed and gradually increase to high.
3.) Blend for 45-60 seconds on high speed. Serve immediately.
Amy's Notes:
I whipped up this little yum yum before Kevin headed to work today and we split it. Could easily be one large serving too. And now, a bit of Kevin and Ben humor to start your weekend.
