Hello and welcome to my Nutritarian Revamp!  I created this meal plan series to help others like me who have dabbled in Nutritarian or plant-based ways of eating and are ready to get back into adding lots of high-nutrient, low calorie density foods into their routine.  These meal plans are complete with daily menus, a compiled shopping list, and concise simple recipes.
